Functions overview,You will be responsible for the research, development and evaluation of event concepts to determine the commercial viability of each event and develop thought provoking content.
Combining both desk research together with direct one-to-one research over the phone with past clients, speakers and independently sourced contacts to move beyond the nice to have and focus on the must have content which will drive delegate attendance.
You will be responsible for speaker acquisition, identifying and securing market insights and contributions from the world’s foremost experts on each topic.
Once an event has been produced you will responsible for briefing sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure the commercial success of the event.
Ultimately, the Conference Producer is the driving force behind each campaign resulting in the opportunity for revenue generation through sales, ensuring future growth for the company.
Successful candidates possess a balance of journalism, research, communications, public
relations, and project management skills., ,The position will require moderate travel to attend events which the producer creates which could be both domestic and international.
Applicants therefore need to have excellent client facing, customer management and interpersonal skills.
