Role Responsibility

The role involves a high degree of exposure, working closely with the Executive Management. Your responsibilities will involve :

  • Room booking coordination for audio visual, Webex, Telepresence Cisco and video conference requests.
  • Meet, greet and assist clients with any technical issues in the meeting rooms / event spaces.
  • Meeting room and event space set up in line with the requested layout.
  • Daily room checks, reporting any maintenance issues with contractors, schedule equipment repairs with relevant parties.
  • Daily email and telephone correspondence with room bookers, ensuring the standards are in place prior to the meeting / event, support the reservations inbox on pick times.
  • Investigating faults and recommend further actions to rectify, replace network cables
  • Communicating and effectively working with other departments and service providers, creating a one team’ approach to delight our guests.
  • Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach at all times when dealing with ad hoc duties as required
