Are you looking for a People focused apprenticeship programme where you can learn both people engagement and office administration skills we have a great opportunity for you, read on and apply today!

We are offering a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship which will provide you with essential working knowledge on how the HR function works within a business, exposure to employment processes, systems and people policies, employee data lifecycle, develop your interpersonal skills with colleagues and stakeholders.

With our training, you will learn to be responsible for aspects of the HR admin lifecycle. i.e.Providing high quality administrative support and assistance to the Team, administration of probationary outcome letters and associated people-portal updates, responding to external reference requests, conducting employee reference requests, responding to people-policy and people-portal queries via email, telephone and face to face, administration for people team invoicing, administration of mandatory and ad-hoc learning, getting involved in ad-hoc projects

Bring your qualifications & skills :

Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths passes

Ideally have had some work experience (or volunteered) in a customer service or office environment

Keen desire to learn and progress

Be tenacious, resourceful, resilient and confident

Organised with the ability to prioritise

Supportive, good communication skills with a keen eye for detail
