As the Appointment Setter for LexisNexis you will be working for a global data and analytics company selling our services and products into the Legal and Accountancy industry.

You will be experienced in setting high quality, qualified appointments for our field sales team. This will be a pure outbound role where you will be joining a dynamic and vibrant sales team with a wealth of experience who are able to support and coach you through your journey.

LexisNexis are eager to promote within so we are actively seeking ambitious people who want to build a career in a global company.

Role :

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting an appointment for a field sales representative.
  • Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.
  • Prospect for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified.
  • Ensure client and prospect satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution.
