Job Title : Deputy Registered Manager
Location : Wickford, Essex - Covering our Supported Living services in Essex
Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + mileage allowance

Aspirations Care are a supported living provider operating in over 12 locations in the UK and employing over 1000 people.
We are skilled in providing person centred, outcome- based support for vulnerable people who have Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental health issues.

We have a rare opportunity for a Positive and Engaging Deputy Registered Manager to be a role model to the people we support and our dedicated staff team.
You will create a setting where the people we support control their own lives, promoting the values of diversity and individuality.
Main Duties Include :
To assist the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of established supported living services across Essex and London, supporting in all aspects of the running of a successful, caring, and nurturing environment in line with our model of approach, policies, and procedures.
You will ensure a high level of support is provided to staffing teams at all times, to ensure your team is always at their best to deliver the highest levels of care through supervision, staff meetings and an upbeat and positive approach.
Organise, attend, and document quarterly service reviews, liaising with family, social workers, and the people we support.
Ensure all documentation and files, audits, medication, assessments, health and safety records and support plans are accurate and up to date.
Skills and Experience Required :
Proven experience at a manager level within learning disabilities or mental health services.
Must have or be working towards NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care.
Experience of working closely with families and multi-disciplinary teams.
Previous experience of managing multiple teams.
Concise, accurate and informative report writing skills.
Strong knowledge of CQC best practice and mental health treatment orders.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Passionate about promoting the rights of people with learning disabilities or mental health problems.
Full clean driving licence and own transport is essential.
Participate in an on-call rota system and provide hands on support when required.
