At Fathom, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That's why we're seeking a Business Development Specialist to manage our accounting channel leads, trialists and customers, to help them implement Fathom in their practice.
Ideal BD Specialists are process orientated, personable, enjoy nurturing relationships, and are keen to help drive activity in the channel through running webinars and other marketing initiatives.
The role reports to the Head of Operations and will work closely with other Business Development Specialists and a Business Development Representative.

Core responsibilities of the Business Development Specialist will include :
A typical day will likely include several customer calls and demos, conducting outbound sales to boost your pipeline, nurturing existing trialists, and checking in with current customers to foster a long-term trusting relationship.
Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Who you are
A self-starter, you are comfortable working in fast-moving environments, and evolving processes.
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You have a desire to work in a small but high-performing team, and want to play a key role in growing Fathom in the EMEA region.
Process-orientated; you thrive on creating, revising, and following processes to provide the optimal output.
Prior sales experience, particularly selling a technology solution, and / or basic knowledge of accountancy would be advantageous, but our primary interest is that you have the right skills, attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
