So, what does the role involve?
This role is about putting the customer first, being ready for them, actively listening to ensure you establish your customer’s needs then matching those needs to the relevant product.
We will ensure you’re fully trained in our world leading conversational selling model C.A.R.E. to ensure you meet our high standards of customer service, enabling you to effectively interact and engage with customers and be successful at Travelex!

What kind of person are we looking for?
You’ll be friendly and approachable as well as having an eye for detail. You’ll need to be good with numbers as you will be handling multiple currencies and making sure our customers receive the right amount of cash is key.
Ensuring our customers have a great experience is really important to us, therefore we look for people who share our passion for customer service! You’ll need to be comfortable working to targets, ensuring you engage our customers to match their needs to the right offering, aiming to go beyond and be a 'diamond’ performer at Travelex.

This role is offering 22 hours per week, paying £8.29 per hour with the opportunity for enhanced overtime / bank holiday pay.
