Duties and Responsibilities

The Research Fellow will work closely with the investigator team to develop, evaluate and implement a digitally delivered, remote supported rehabilitation programme for people with Long-Covid.

There are 4 Work Packages, and the Research Fellow will work across all 4The Work Packages are : 1 : development of the digital toolkit and deployment across multiple health economies.

2 : implementation3 : Impact Analysis4 : Health inequalities (cross-cutting WP on identifying and mitigating health inequalities).

Duration of the post is funded until 31 December 2022 in the first instance.

Key Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional Research Fellow to support and contribute to the implementation and research of this digital intervention.

Candidates should have strong mixed methods research experience and should demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.

They will be versed in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, able to think logically, and confident in the use and adoption of digital technologies.

  • The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent research experience.Please note : Appointment at Grade 7 is dependent upon having been awarded a PhD;
  • if this is not the case, initial appointment will be at research assistant Grade 6B (Salary £31,542 - £33,257 per annum, including London Allowance) with payment at Grade 7 being backdated to the date of final submission of the PhD thesis (including corrections).
