NetBrain is looking for a Director of Field Sales - EMEA to recruit, manage and lead a field sales team in EMEA to sell to global accounts.
This role will report to VP Sales EMEA and will be responsible for major accounts sales goal in EMEA.
Proven success with revenue scaling and team management
Experience with managing and leading team focused on new business bookings
Experience with direct field sales
7+ years complex software sales experience
2+ years sales management
Proven success selling products with a long sale cycle and high contract value
Experience with selling technical products to technical customers (IT industry highly desirable)
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and employee development skills
Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning, and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with use of Enterprise CRM tools (Siebel, Salesforce, Oracle)
Recruit, train, mentor, manage, and lead a field sales team focused on entire cycle of complex solution selling.
Refine and monitor the sales process to ensure the team performs at optimal level.
Engage with strategic customers and help individual field sales rep close major deals.
Execute the overall sales strategy to maximize regional market penetration and increase market share.
Manage and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual team revenue targets.
