The team
The Growth Marketing team is all about experimenting with and scaling new ideas to find new sources of customer acquisition.
We’re focused on finding new strategies and tactics for growth outside of our core marketing channels, and we accomplish this with a willingness to explore new areas, a culture of collaboration, and an iterative test / measure / learn approach.
The role
In this role, you will lead new project initiatives forward through stages including idea generation, research & exploration, testing, and scaling (for successful initiatives).
While you’ll take complete ownership of the progress and growth of some ideas, you’ll also have a role in influencing the direction of other Growth Marketing projects, adding to the collaborative nature of the group.
There will be opportunities for high visibility in this role through project work that touches many departments and through presenting Growth Marketing initiatives to the broader organization.
