You will manage the implementation of boohoo's digital marketing activities, managing a small team across affiliate and paid media.
The role will require an experienced manager to help create and recommend the most efficient digital marketing campaigns to generate awareness, website traffic and sales including PPC, affiliates, Paid Social, Video and Display advertising.
You will be responsible for the implementation of this strategy in multiple markets managing budgets accordingly.
You will manage tracking and performance, reporting on campaigns and BAU activity and KPIs, utilising Google Analytics and other analytics tools to assess and suggest optimal campaigns and to guide relevant commercial decision making.
Working closely alongside the brand marketing team to ensure availability of relevant content for each channel and also inputting into creative briefs to ensure you have assets to work with to execute digital activity.
The role requires someone with hands on experience working across multiple digital channels including paid social, PPC, retargeting and affiliate marketing.
This person needs to have a strong analytics background, be good with numbers and also manage a team. Some international experience would be preferable.
Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible ROI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
PPC : working alongside the PPC team at HQ, you utilise knowledge of PPC best practices and strategies and be focused on growth, managing campaigns on a day-
to-day basis, using data and insights to optimise campaigns. PPC is an in house function.
Affiliates & Partnerships : You will be required to assist with development of our affiliate and partnerships programme in all markets including supporting the local adaptation of these programmes to drive traffic and as a result achieve sales performance for this channel.
Shopping experience : actively drive the growth of Nasty Gal in UK / EUR / AUS by working on the main steps of the customer shopping experience and identifying areas where improvements can be made to assist the effectiveness of our digital marketing programmes.
You will be expected to identify local relevant initiatives and oversee their execution & implementation.
The skill and experience you will need
The ideal candidate has a strong Digital marketing & eCommerce background (brand, retail or agency experience), ideally in Fashion and a very good knowledge of paid media and affiliates.
Given that this is a new role, within a fast-growing and rapidly changing organisation, you need to have entrepreneurial qualities.
