Becoming a ESPS Finance and Admin Assistant with Employee Benefits :
Based in the City of London and Reporting to the ESPS Financial Controller, an exciting opportunity has arisen to support the ESPS team with finance, investment and administration matters to deliver services to the Scheme Trustee and underlying sub-schemes (Groups).
What you will do :
Support with the delivery of key core financial, investment and administrative services to the client, Groups and other stakeholders in line with the ESPS Client contract.
Processing custodian payments and cash transfers and assist with Scheme taxation matters.
Assisting with custodial matters including the payment of custodian fees.
Carry out monthly portfolio and investment accounting checks.
Assist with the execution of the onboarding documentation when appointing investment managers.
File and keep a record of all investment documentation including KYC and AML documents.
Logging and monitoring the receipt and payment of service providers invoices.
Your experience will include :
Appropriate communication methods used to relay information to stakeholders.
Receives positive client / colleague feedback and responds well to constructive comments.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Ability to work as a part of team contributing to the delivery of services with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Good working knowledge of Excel including the ability to use filters, sorting and managing big data files.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word including how to use corporate templates, tables update headers and footers and can use document reviews and change tracking.
Complete weekly time recording, prioritise workloads effectively, consistently meet deadlines.
