A Hire / Sales controller is required to join our busy Sittingbourne branch to provide full support in all areas of internal sales.

This includes customer service, hire transactions and stock takes.

Working closely with the internal sales team to achieve business objectives, the role is a pivotal position in ensuring the success of the branch.

We are looking to increase our customer base, and as Hire / Sales Controller you will be expected to develop and grow existing and new accounts.

Skills & Experience required :

  • Knowledge of hire equipment is preferred
  • Knowledge of the geographical area around Sittingbourne
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven experience both face to face and over the telephone
  • Good IT skills and systems knowledge, producing branch reports and updating customer files on line will form part of the job requirement
