What we're looking for : We need someone to join and get stuck straight in, not just in developing content and delivery but also in acting as a communications advisor, influencing, and providing best practice counsel.
A great communicator, with a good eye for business and a detailed understanding of developing communications strategies and plans You will be excellent at content development and copywriting, with the ability to digest information and articulate it in a way that’s engaging and jargon free.
The ability to really get creative and develop campaigns that go viral’ and get cut through with our people.
You should have the confidence and gravitas to hold your own with partners, developing strong working relationships, challenging and influencing to achieve the best outcome Finally, the ability to work to critical deadlines, organise your time, manage multiple conflicting priorities and willingly support colleagues on the team.

What you'll be doing : This role will be working within the Business Partnering’ part of the team, working on campaigns and activity that enables delivery of business goals by focusing on outcomes.
You’ll drive engagement by helping leaders to articulate the strategy and priorities for their teams and then help share this in a meaningful way that promotes discussion and encourages feedback.
You’ll also help protect our employee experience by ensuring that change is delivered in a way that is reflective of our values.
At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to support wider activity, such as work to improve our channels and our efforts around Corporate Social Responsibility.
Working with senior leaders as a clear voice on their leadership table, supporting them to maximise engagement with their teams.
Helping to articulate strategies, plans and our progress in a creative and meaningful way that people can connect with.
Getting under the skin of change programmes - developing outcome focused comms plans, drafting content and working with design agencies.
