Integrated in BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Risk Department, in an environment where the European regulation is strengthening the personal data protection (GDPR), we attach a high importance on the treatment and respect of the data.
The DPC reporting directly to the Real Estate Business Line Data Protection Officer, provide his expertise on the activities and projects to ensure the respect of the regulation :
Contribute to the development of Real Estate activities :
Validate their respect in all projects - new activity, products & services or specific issues
Contribute in the identification and notification of data breaches, following the internal procedure.
Control the application of the regulatory requirements and of the BNP Paribas policies, by :
Regular control and identification of possible failures,
Provide the required reportings
Assist the RE DPO and BNP Paribas Real Estate entities on data protection management :
Establish a regular reporting of activities to the Real Estate DPO.
Graduate in IT and / or Laws, with a Data protection major.
A good level of in experience in a Legal Function, Compliance, Control or Audit.
Strong mastering European and national personal data protection regulations.
Knowledge in control activities, risk management, cyber security
