Institutional Client Service Executive

12 Month Rolling Contract

Rates :

Ltd : UpTo £36.47 per hour

Umbrella : UpTo £42.78 per hour

There is an option to go possibly go permanent at the end of the contract

The successful applicant will be responsible for the efficient administration of a large number of Global Institutional portfolios including UK Charities, Local Government Authorities, Sovereign Wealth, Regulated Financial Companies and UK Pension Fund clients.

The client base is global with clients based in the UK, North America and Asia Pacific. They will work closely with the Client directors responsible for these clients, ensuring that a high level of service is provided to the client.

Core responsibilities

  • Answering general questions and resolving daily queries from clients, Client directors, internal and external contacts.
  • Co-ordinating transition process for new / terminated clients.
  • Preparation of client presentation packs including the collation of performance data / asset attribution analysis data.
  • Preparation of Due Diligence Questionnaires and Client Attestations
  • Preparation of information included in Trustee / Director reports for client meetings.
  • Attending client meetings to discuss administration processes, when required.
  • Working closely with designated Client directors on all administration issues.
  • Ensure management information figures are collated on a monthly basis.
  • Input into various departmental projects.
  • Ensuring that the client database information is always kept up to date with any amendments.
  • Skills Required :

  • Investment Management experience is a must have for the role
  • Solid experience in Client Service administration with experience in Investment Management.
  • Keen and enthusiastic personality who adapts easily to change, and works well in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines
