MMP Consultancy are working with a fantasticorganisation based in London to recruit a full-time Accommodation Administratorto work on a temporary contract.
We are seeking applicantswith experience of supporting Senior Management.
Dutiesand Responsibilities :
Provideeffective administrative service to Senior Management team within Accommodation
Meetingsupport as required attend team and project meetings, working groups,conference calls, forums
Draftagendas, take minutes / action points, preparing of documents
Diary / calendermanagement, take messages, manage mailboxes and respond to relevant emails
Prepare and draft correspondence as required, including editing reportsand other documentation as required
Manage and coordinate orders and deliveries for events, determining purchasingneeds
Skills Required :
PreviousPA / Secretarial experience including diary management, making appointments
Ableto demonstrate excellent organisational skills including the ability of workingin a high pressured environment
Desirable previous experience of working in accommodation services or higher education
