Wehave an exciting opportunity to join the UK&I Process Optimisationteam as a based in Nottingham.This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on delivering key processimprovement opportunities through innovative tools and techniques.

The role of Process Consultantwill be responsible for delivering a pipeline of opportunities through process reengineeringand various automation tools in conjunction with our automation engineers,working with relevant areas to prioritise solutions based upon return oninvestment.

You will have a strong focus on customer, ensuring that the overallCustomer Experience is protected and enhanced whilst balancing the business andregulatory needs.

Implementing process management methodology to mitigate risksand bridge the gap between Process Management and Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business to review existing processes and identify areas for improvement in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Re-engineer key processes and implement efficient working proceduresthat satisfy the organisation’s business goals and objectives, customer needsand regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance on Business Process Management, process documentation,and process modelling tools
  • Be aware of latest technology trends and support service improvementsthrough matching opportunities to technology solutions (e.
  • g. Robotic ProcessAutomation)

  • Propose efficiencies, supporting the Experian strategy of reducingprocess waste and making Service simple and easy
  • Support in creating a communication strategy, embedding a positive culture of grass roots driven improvements
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve design and implementation challengesas they emerge
  • Interpret large quantities of business, market and technical information with a view to producing clear proposal for process improvements
  • Influence and affect impacted stakeholders at all levels to adopt,accept, and sustain changes.
  • Make complexity simple and understandable
  • What are we lookingfor?

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Experience of process and procedure mapping knowledge and experience of Blue Works desirable
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills to lead process mapping and improvement workshops with SMEs, Process Managers and Owners
  • Ability to quickly identify process improvement opportunities
  • Experience of leveraging knowledge to remove barriers
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Good stakeholder management at all levels
  • Ability to quantify and track benefit of process improvement initiatives?
