Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a Support Service Assistant to join a small and friendly team in our Leeds City Centre Head Office.
In this role you will contribute significantly to the team’s aim to be recognised as the leading source of workforce intelligence for the social care sector.
Using your exceptional customer service skills, you’ll be taking calls from a variety of customers and supporting them with user acceptance testing of our database system and provide information and assistance on the Skills for Care offer to employers and stakeholders.
We are looking for a person who has previous experience of working in a customer service environment and is able to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English skills and ideally an Intermediate level of IT skills, experience of using Microsoft Office and using call logging systems.
