IT Service Continuity Analyst-(2000001U)

Heard of us?

We’re an award-winning bank; backing people to fulfil life’s hopes and dreams.

Now is your chance

Our IT teams work across the business and with our external partners to build, manage and support a secure and reliable IT service to meet these exciting plans.

As part of a recent investment, we are adopting a Service Integration and Management ( SIAM ) approach to managing both business and information technology services.

The intention is to seamlessly integrate services to provide a single business-facing IT organisation that meets business requirements.

This is a move away from managing technologies and infrastructure, to one of managing suppliers and services. By making this change the organisation will become more agile and flexible, able to scale services up and down as required to support business growth and expansion.

We attract talent; by being fully immersed in our business, influencing and understanding our short, medium and long term aspirations.

We develop our people; to ensure they fulfil their hopes and dreams, whilst continuing to meet the needs and expectations of our dynamic business.

We are a high performing, high profile team. We have worked hard to establish ourselves as trusted advisors; providing the correct balance of knowledge and challenge which supports managers and leaders make the right decisions at difficult times.

The role of IT Service Continuity Analyst is really important to us. You will develop and maintain our IT Service Continuity plans so that in an unforeseen event we can continue to provide outstanding customer service.
