About the role

The People Services PMO is a centralised hub, designed to ensure all project activity can evolve from concept through to BAU acceptance, in a controlled environment.

The PMO has clear lines of communication between the Corporate Shared Services Portfolio, UK & Europe, HR, Operational Excellence and global HR Shared Services regions ensuring work is categorised, prioritised appropriately and mitigates the risk in duplication of effort.

This role is key in ensuring the all worked is logged, tracked, assessed, approved and reported on and that we deliver the right projects with the right people on time, to budget and to scope.

You will be the gatekeeper for all work coming in and out of the project team.

As part of a small agile team who work to support, improve and change People Services you will provide operational support in areas such as quality assurance, managing the intranet site and coordinating documentation and change.
