Job Description

Our client are looking for a Service Advisor for their very busy Peugeot / KIA franchise dealership in Sidcup, preferably with previous experience.

The role will suit someone wishing to join a very professional friendly team of people dedicated to exceeding customers expectations with the ability to convey a professional and polite approach at all times.

Training will be provided, however previous experience in Microsoft and in house computer packages, preferably Kerridge / CDK would be advantageous.

Requirements

  • Provide knowledgeable and excellent customer service at all times
  • Deal with all inbound telephone and walk in matters
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout the service process including follow up
  • To discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer, when appropriate.
  • Benefits

  • £28k salary OTE £31k uncapped
  • Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Sat 8am to 1pm
