Position : Trainer

Department : ENG Operations, Quality & Training

Reports to : Quality & Training Manager

Location : Borehamwood / London (with travel)

In this role, you will contribute to building the World’s Greatest Talent, designing and

delivering market leading training initiatives and supporting the growth of Operational

teams in our Biggest market and Global vendor suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training requirements through performance and skills gap analysis across
  • the ENG service markets and vendor suppliers.

  • Work with the leadership team to determine ad hoc training requirements and
  • learning support materials.

  • Build and maintain bespoke training programmes to cover new processes and / or
  • policy changes and enhancement of agent soft skills.

  • Deliver training programmes on an International scale at vendor locations and in
  • market (travel required).

  • Measure the impact of training initiatives through comprehension analysis and
  • report this back to the service leadership team.

  • Identify Sign off requirements for training programmes based on content and
  • impact.

  • Maintain and update the Operations training and process Hub with new and
  • relevant content to encourage continuous learning.

  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods.
  • Redesign courses for online delivery that are conducive to distance learning whilst
  • maintaining comprehension from participants.

  • Drive the development of online content management system
  • Growing knowledge in the business with measurable ways to assess learning and
  • new initiatives success.

  • Assist in procurement and roll out of a learning management system to support the
  • new business structure

  • Ability to create and update new material as feedback loops back to training
  • requirements in our centres

    Required skills and experience

  • 5 - 10 years training experience
  • Training certification and understand the needs of adult learners
  • Service department and customer experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Worked with offshore partner organisations and can show influence in developing
  • strong relationships remotely
  • Have experience in rolling out a new LMS and management of knowledge within an
  • organisation
  • Flexibility to travel (>
  • 20%)
