We are looking for an experienced and motivated Personal Assistant to join the Fife-wide Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Services on a six month fixed-term basis.
You will provide a comprehensive personal and secretarial administrative support service to the Clinical Services Manager and the wider associated Management Team.
You will be based at Lynebank Hospital but travel and working at the clinical hubs within Fife is required.
You should have qualifications in Business Admin or Secretarial Services or equivalent skills and competences normally associated with relevant PA and administrative experiences.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and an excellent track record in co-ordinating meetings, including agendas, minute-taking and fully supporting of those meetings.
You will have a solid background in diary management at Senior Management level. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with excellent word processing speeds in both copy and audio typing / digital dictation.
It is essential that you have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of NHS procedures and practices or experience in public sector environment is preferable.
Applications on a secondment basis will be considered providing you have prior agreement from your current line manager.
