Are you passionate and curious about our below wing operation? This is a fabulous opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team who play a vital role in the departure of our aircraft.
You will be responsible for the safe, secure and on-time departure of individual flights through efficient supervision and co-
ordination of all above and below wing elements and activities through the arrivals and departures process. This includes delivery of the VAA brand values delivering an exceptional customer experience, embodying Red on the Inside and Red on the Outside.
What you'll do....
You will responsible for collating all the flight information and liaising with crew and captain before departure of the flight.
Are you customer centric with a positive can-do approach to your daily tasks? Do pride yourself as having strong communication skills?
With the ability to deliver clear and concise direction especially when working below wing?
You will also need :
Experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver is also an advantage. As this role has both landside and airside activities you'll be required to hold VAA ATDL and be able to gain and hold a HAL ID for in line with security background checks.
