Your role

As a Senior Product Manager within our P&E team you will beinstrumental in supporting the development of the overall product strategy, andits execution.

In addition with this role you will be key to supporting andenhancing our commercialization strategy.

We are looking for someone who has a broad and deep product managementbackground with a particular specialty in the more commercial side of productmanagement.

We will need you to evangelize on these aspects, supported by yourconsiderable experience in building out these strategies (GTM, Pricing, Sales,Channels etc) and executing on them.

You will also :

  • Manage a product or a portfolio of products.
  • Support development ofcommercial strategy and business cases
  • Develop and maintain theproduct roadmap and product backlog
  • Have the ability toprioritise (ruthlessly) and explain the rationale behind the prioritisation
  • Drive a solution set acrosssales / marketing / engineering / support
  • Define key product basedKPIs and ensure they are measured, tracked, communicated and acted upon
  • Support the creation ofgo-to market materials and positioning, in particular through cleararticulation of the product’s key features and benefits
  • Support pre-sales activitiesthrough key client conversations and product demos
  • Act as an evangelist for product management within Deloitte UK’sprofessional services community and continuously demonstrate the value of thediscipline
  • Mentoring other product managers and supporting our venture leads.
  • Support the validation of early stage concepts that have the potentialof becoming fully fledged products

    Your professional experience

    In order to beconsidered for this opportunity, you should have :

    Must Have

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager within a productdevelopment environment where products have been automated for a commercial and / or technical offering within a B2B environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding ofbusiness drivers to enable commercial model and product prioritizationdecisions
  • Building and executing on commercial strategies
  • Considerable experience of full product lifecycle
  • Should Have

  • Strong industry understanding (experience in retail, supply chain and / or manufacturing is a great plus)
  • Understanding of technology, UX and UI processes
  • Understanding and experience of working in an iterative andincremental Agile software development framework like Scrum.
  • Understanding of key market research / marketing techniques
  • Experience building mock-ups and prototypes using tools such as Axureor Balsamiq
  • Excellent communication, business engagement and collaboration skills
  • Nice to Have

  • Certifications (e.g., Scrum master , certified scrum product owner)are desirable
  • Knowledge of professional services organisations
