SJC Partners has been mandated exclusively to recruit a Transaction Services Manager or Senior Manager to join a highly reputable advisory business as they grow out their financial due diligence function.
This is a recently launched TS function with a particularly strong and highly sustainable pipeline of work. This position is key within the business and should the successful candidate want to step up to more senior management in quick order then there exists the opportunity to do so.
Unlike similarly titled roles across the market, this is a genuine opportunity to shape a TS function over time with unrivalled development opportunities.
There is also the opportunity to get involved in the corporate finance side of the business on pre-sale advisory mandates, further broadening the role.
This opportunity offers something different to other TS teams in the market and will appeal to someone looking for more commercial, business exposure than is ordinarily seen at this level.
Applicants should be driven, able to manage DD projects with the support of a senior Director and with a desire to make a difference in a close knit business.
