Job Description

The jobholder is accountable for supporting the engineering department with testing, providing pre & post-sales technical support, including input into product requirements / specifications and training.

  • Provide pre & post-sales technical support to both internal departments and customers / distributors, via telephone, e-mail, whatsapp etc, including input into product requirements / specifications.
  • Monitor and support the technical forum on a daily base
  • Provide customer product training and use-demonstration in all AD markets
  • Ensure tester menu maintenance
  • Provide specification and physical method / procedure definition for data logging and third party logging tool to record and document communication commands between tool and vehicle
  • Support the Logistics dept with customer repairs ie testing and verification of issues
  • Organize and manages vehicle application list
  • Maintain and feed Info Quest data entry
  • Provision of technical procedures, diagrams etc for operating manuals and associated documentation.
  • Ensure liaison with garage, car dealers to source vehicle models for data logging and testing of software and products.
  • Source, maintain competitor equipment to support reverse engineering activities.
  • Job Requirements

    High school diploma in electronics

    5+ years of experience in technical assistance in the automotive electronics field

    Familiarity with diagnostic tools & similar
