Mei Ume restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is currently recruiting for a Sommelier to join our Wine Team!
Mei Ume offers traditional Chinese and Japanese dishes with a modern approach. Showcasing two of the greatest Asian cuisines under one roof, the restaurant menu includes a colourful selection of sushi, sashimi and dim sum as well as Chinese main course dishes.
Head Chef Tong Truong and his team constantly develop and evolve their unique dishes in the restaurant’s innovative environment.
About the Sommelier role :
We are looking for a Sommelier who can work alongside the Director of Wine and the Mei Ume team. This position requires an applicant with a high level of wine and food knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
