The Role

We are looking for an interim reward analyst who will provide a key role supporting a busy reward team in a dynamic and growing international business.

This is an exciting role which will covers the full range of reward activities across our global locations.

What you will do

  • Support the Reward Partners and Reward Director in respect of all reward projects, initiatives and business as usual activity
  • Manage the Reward shared inbox and act as front line support for reward queries raised through email or the JIRA ticketing system, coordinating with other HR teams, and escalating to the Reward Partners where appropriate.
  • Regularly review benefit and reward policy documentation on HR Knowledge Base (intranet) to ensure accurate and up to date, as well as other platforms such as Reward Gateway.
  • Support the annual bonus and annual salary review process : liaising with other HR teams and managers as necessary, running reports / collating info where required, and acting as a compensation super user on Workday.
  • Coordinate weekly team meetings and take note of any actions, updating trackers / progress charts where necessary.
  • Participate in daily review of Workday business processes, such as compensation changes, job requisitions and other data changes and ensure information provided is congruous and accurate.
  • Assist Reward Partners in managing case load for any queried items, and liaise with other HR colleagues as necessary.

  • Support the Workday job catalogue project, ensuring that job profiles / job families / compensation grade profiles are accurate and complete so that we can improve automation and reporting capability.
  • Assist with yearly review and update of salary ranges following publication of external compensation data in Q4 in preparation for annual salary review in Q1.
  • Conduct initial job evaluation (using Willis Towers Watson's global grading methodology) and provide benchmarking info on ad-hoc basis and within existing job band structure and reward framework.
  • This is a two step process and levelling should be reviewed by another member of Reward team.

  • Support renewal process for existing benefits or implementation of new benefits for all locations; work with People Services team and local HR teams to develop robust and efficient processes for benefits and ensure benefits plans properly configured on Workday;
  • liaise with benefit providers and brokers where required; provide cost and take up analysis for benefits; support communication exercises and briefing sessions to better promote and engage employees around benefits.

  • Extract wellbeing, benefit and reward engagement statistics and comments from Peakon platform, collate feedback and identify trends and present back to Reward team.
  • Assist pay gap reporting and analysis processes.
  • Ensure the employee information on the share administration platform (Equity Gateway) is properly maintained on a regular basis;
  • provide information to our Finance & Tax teams as required; provide reports and analysis regarding share schemes as required;
  • participate in weekly calls with our 3rd party share administrator and participate in planning and preparation for any share events.

  • Support the testing process for the bi-annual Workday releases.
  • Provide assistance on relocations and global mobility processes on an ad-hoc basis, coordinating with other HR teams and providing information and documentation to our tax and relocation providers as required.
  • Ensure global mobility tracker is kept up to date.

  • Provide monthly / quarterly reporting for salary and bonus plans to Finance for forecasting purposes.
  • Assist with Procurement process for new suppliers / agreements; raise purchase orders and liaise with Finance to ensure payment of any invoices on accounts system;
  • assist with cost tracking and analysis for wellbeing, benefits, relocations and other 3rd party costs that come from the reward budget.

  • Support any other reward and HR projects and priorities as required.
  • Your experience

  • 3+ years working in an operational HR team, having had involvement in key reward processes such as annual salary reviews and benefit renewals.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (Willis Towers Watson preferred), job architectures, reward frameworks and benchmarking processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work confidently with large volumes of employee data and high level of attention to detail.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels verbally and in writing.
  • Good judgment - knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible where appropriate.
  • Good organisational and time management skills a highly organised and hands-on approach to work is required.
  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred but not essential.
