Adobe Experience Technical Lead

The role will involve to being an inhouse contact point and to provide technical expertise for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.

This role is specifically to :

  • Provide technical guidance (e.g. solution approach, limitations and options) to support RFI, RFP and ongoing client projects.
  • Assist in the growth of an Adobe development capability within huumun.
  • Responsibilities

  • Provide Development input for AEM and related technology as required, e.g. :
  • Technical queries related to AEM, for example assisting with RFIs, RFPs, etc.
  • Estimations relating to AEM solutions.
  • AEM related Solution Design for client requirements
  • Growth of a huumun AEM capability :

  • Review and assessment of third-party Developer capabilities on behalf of the Development Team Lead and Operations.
  • Provide technical support of development work. There is a specific expectation that the role will include having the capability to undertake hands on Development work, where required.
  • Provide Input to Operations AEM Development plans, specifically relating to Development team training and growth.
  • Provide mentoring of Developers undertaking AEM development.
  • Qualifications and Experienced Required for this role

  • Minimum of three years’ experience consulting, designing and providing AEM solutions.
  • Hands on experience with AEM development. While it is not expected that this will be part of a candidate’s daily role previous hands on experience will be expected, as this will be a technical lead role requiring a degree of hands on capability.
  • Exposure to AEM related technologies, e.g. Target, Adobe Campaign, etc.
  • Experience with Adobe 6.3 is required, experience of other version would be of benefit.

    Location and benefits

    Given the need for a co-located team, to provide quick client responses, the role is to be primarily based in Bracknell, with the potential of client visits, as required, and the opportunity for some working from home on a case by case basis.
