Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking to work for a fantastic, 4* Luxury Hotel group in South England?
Their Hampshire site has around 150 bedrooms and their menu is host to a mixture of both contemporary dishes and British classics with an emphasis on using locally sourced produce wherever possible.
With friendly welcoming teams, previous CJUK chefs regularly request to go back and work within this group!
As an Interim Chef de Partie your role will include;
Preparing fresh ingredients
Following guidance from the Head Chef / Sous
Demonstrating strict health and hygiene levels you can update your Food Hygiene Certificate with us
Having excellent use of cooking methods
Using great knowledge of ingredients
Being capable and flexible to adapt to a variety of differing menus
Being confident in working alongside a number of chefs in order to produce high-quality food
The ideal Interim Chef de Partie must;
Have at least two years experience working within a Chef de Partie role
Be able to multi-task and adapt to the current needs of the kitchen prior to and during service
Have your own chefs whites, knives and shoes
Excellent rate of pay, from £12.50ph for an Interim Chef de Partie
A guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
A contribution to travel expenses (dependent on location)
You will become part of the fantastic CJUK brigade you will be able to develop your skills and work towards becoming one of our Elite Chefs
You will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis and accrue holiday pay accordingly
