  • We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join us.

    Hours : Monday- Friday 08 : 30-17 : 00

    Location : BL6 6SX (located by Middlebrook retail park)

    Salary : Starting £18,600 per annum

    As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working for The Premex Group.

    The Premex Group are a company who support specialist solicitors in handling personal injury claims. We provide the high quality medical reports and other administrative services for a variety of case types.

    You will be responsible for taking any inbound calls, ensuring to update our internal database and alerting colleagues of the communication.

    Incoming calls will range anywhere from general enquiries to those more specific against a client’s claim, but dont worry about training, we will provide consistent support in your development.

    Helping you to navigate those more challenging enquiries. This role will require you to have a professional telephone manner and good people skills. Communication is key.

    Where your role allows, you will also be given the opportunity to assist case handlers with electronic admin duties. This, intern has a huge benefit on your progressional journey.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Respond to calls from customers, clients, medical records suppliers, and experts
  • Adhere to agreed call standards, building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and experts
  • Confidently navigate through all the different systems
  • Complete assigned work within the time-scales provided
  • Booking and rearranging injured parties’ medical legal appointments taking into account distance and convenience for the client
  • Sort and prepare documents accurately
  • Rectify errors and achieve accuracy in all areas of work processed.
  • Ensure all written correspondence is completed using the correct grammar / spelling.
  • Ensure all complaints are resolved at first point of contact wherever possible or passed to a manager until resolved.
  • Complete any other duties as deemed necessary by the business
