Support Worker - Female
Part time (15 hours weekend only)
Full driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential for this role

This is a supported living service with six individual flats supporting adults between 22 to 57 years old. This position will be supporting two women on the weekends.
One lady is very independent, manages her own finances and administrates her own medication. They are both very active and like to get involved with exciting activities such as horse riding, bike riding and short breaks / holidays.
One woman has her own garden so assistance with maintaining this will be required. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic and happy to try new things.
This role will involve managing challenging behaviours and supporting people’s needs to help them develop the skills to be independent.
You will prompt with personal care and be active in assisting with their household tasks.
The working hours will be spilt to cover Saturday and Sunday (each shift will be 7.5 hours). You will also be required to attend any training / introduction during the week.
Any experience with BSL or being able to finger spell will be advantageous for your application but full training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to hold a full UK / EU driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
You must feel comfortable driving a manual car.
