VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a successful services organisation based in Greater Belfast, who are currently looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team on an on-going temporary basis.

Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales ledger, credit control and financial administration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain approved customer account on financial system
  • Process sales invoicing and credit notes through finance system
  • Handle all enquiries regarding sales invoices and credit notes
  • Process of cash allocation and reconciliations of customer accounts
  • Direct debit processing
  • Generation of customer statements
  • Allocation of incoming payments
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience within a similar role, ideally 2 years
  • Strong data inputting skills, ability to work at fast paced with high accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong communication skills to handle supplier queries promptly
  • £18,000-£20,000
