VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a successful services organisation based in Greater Belfast, who are currently looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team on an on-going temporary basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales ledger, credit control and financial administration.
Maintain approved customer account on financial system
Process sales invoicing and credit notes through finance system
Handle all enquiries regarding sales invoices and credit notes
Process of cash allocation and reconciliations of customer accounts
Direct debit processing
Generation of customer statements
Allocation of incoming payments
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience within a similar role, ideally 2 years
Strong data inputting skills, ability to work at fast paced with high accuracy
Ability to work on own initiative
Strong communication skills to handle supplier queries promptly
