Duties will include

  • Installing and configuring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O
  • Technical Responsibilities including multi-tiered application support, Design, Develop, Test and monitor plans for AX security implementation
  • Develop, Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives
  • Configuring and Maintaining Dynamics F&O administrative tasks such as (User Management, Configuration, and Deployment)
  • Perform Microsoft Dynamics F&O Compliance Centre configuration, administration and maintenance
  • Business process analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation
  • Functional installation, configuration, UAT testing and training
  • Supporting the business through go-live and involved in post-go-live process improvement / integrations projects
  • The successful candidate

  • Proven experience in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O ERP implementation
  • Functional implementation cycle skills, end to end
  • Business process understanding in supply chain / distribution (preferable, not essential)
  • Excellent communication and user / stakeholder management skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements
