This leading engineering company distributes a range of engineering systems to customers across the UK & Ireland. As well as supplying special purpose machines, they also supply a plethora of spare parts to their customers to keep the equipment running and in tip top condition.
As Service Administrator you will be responsible for the control of all aspects of Service Contract administration including booking engineers, providing quotations, contracts, renewals and reports.
You will liaise with customers to arrange contract visits, allocating the right engineer for the job. You will also deal with related invoice queries, follow up on quotations and provide general service cover.
£24000, Pension, Bonus, 24 days holiday, Private Healthcare

Mon-Fri : 08 : 00-17 : 00 & 09 : 00-18 : 00 on a pro rata basis
