Human Resources & Learning Services Delivery Portfolio Leader, Europe

The Europe HR & Learning Services Delivery Portfolio Leader is a strategic position that leads service delivery and acts as a trusted advisor for our European clients who are focused on improving the employee experience with HR and Learning services.

The Service Delivery Portfolio Leader will be responsible for client success, financial targets, business growth, and employee engagement for their defined portfolio of HR & Learning clients.

The right candidate for this role will be an experienced leader with the ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally, someone with a consultative mindset who is able to drive change, and an individual who thrives in a fast-

moving, complex environment. This seasoned leader will work closely with Conduent’s HR and Learning leaders as well as the industry leaders in Europe.

Must be located in London area to collaborate with colleagues supporting European sales and delivery.


  • Drive a client-centric focus to positively impact revenue growth and client retention.
  • Act as trusted advisor and subject matter expert to our HR & Learning clients and delivery teams in Europe.
  • Cultivate client references and develop outcome-based case studies that demonstrate the value Conduent provides its clients through our HR & Learning Services business.
  • Manage service delivery teams to achieve financial targets, defined service levels, client satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Instill strong governance and reporting processes that measure and track progress vs goals on each account and identify opportunities to improve operations and execution.
  • Support new business development teams, bringing experience and subject matter expertise as a differentiator in sales pursuits.
  • Effectively partner with other Conduent leaders in a matrixed client engagement environment.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to our offerings based on trends, market awareness, and strategic discussions with HR & Learning clients.
  • Support the HR & Learning General Managers in achieving organizational goals and priorities.
  • Embed a culture of client focus, collaboration, and transparency to reinforce an innovative and performance-driven work environment with a high level of accountability.
  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and client engagement within an HR and / or learning services organization, including providing strategic guidance and recommendations to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Demonstrated operational and financial leadership, with P&L leadership for a client portfolio in a matrixed environment a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in solutions integral to HR and Learning delivery models.
  • Ability to articulate / outline / implement a strategic plan for the achievement of business objectives.
  • Skillful in communicating with and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including leadership, employees, potential / existing customers, competitors, and business partners.
  • Expertise in driving an open and inclusive culture, instilling accountability for best-in-class customer service, and fostering innovative thinking.
