The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units.

Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and governance control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.

This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

The Project Manager runs the project(s) on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

The Project Manager is responsible for the IT Delivery Portfolio and the associated governance and activities to support IT capital projects

What you will be doing :

Managing project(s), some complex, that span one or multiple areas of business, both technical IT focused and transformational

Working on full project life cycle ownership : successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or several initiatives simultaneously

Managing all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

Reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Managing relationships with implementation partners including cost negotiations and resource planning, ensuring all resources are adequately skilled to support projects.

Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership

Demonstrating a functional acumen to support how solutions will address company goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices

Supporting and defining the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services

Developing and managing all aspects of project(s) engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

Monitoring, tracking and controlling outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

Managing project(s) issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline

Other duties as assigned

What you can bring :

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall

Strong project management experience, including tracking and planning projects

Experience negotiating vendor contracts

Experience in successfully leading projects to on-time, on-schedule and within budget

Tools : Google Sheets, slides, documents. Smartsheet (PPM Tool and Dashboard reporting)

Demonstrable experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment

Advanced level of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle

Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
