Applications include websites, e-commerce applications, CRM, Integrations and ERP. The Lead Developer will also work on projects of varying size and complexity implementing standard frameworks, use automated build, test and deployment tools and processes for CI / CD and assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues as required.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in some or all of the following industry sectors : Industrial Manufacturing, IT applications, infrastructure and operations.

Job Requirements Essential Skills and Requirements 10+ Years of experience in IT development and 5 years’ experience in building websites and managing a small team of developersEducated to degree levelWeb development Java, Spring Framework, HibernateHosting technologies bare metal, virtualization, microservices and containerisation Docker, Mesos / DCOS, Kubernetes Experience using Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCPExperience developing and managing secure high demand website at a global scale multiple localeExperience developing B2B and B2C e-commerce websites using custom code and packaged software such as ATG, Hybris, Magento etc.

Online Payment Gateway Stripe, Adyen, Paypal, Sagepay etc.Clustering / Replication / DRPerformance tuning and optimizationIntegration with legacy applications such as IBM iseries AS / 400, Lotus notes etc.

Related Technologies Middleware, storage etc. Apache Camel, Rabbit MQSFTP, Azure blob storage, CDN, DAMRedis Cache, Varnish, Squid etc.

CI / CD, Pipelines and DevOps Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc.Automated testing frameworks for unit and performance testing Jmeter, Locust, Cucumber etc.

Source code management tools MS Team foundation, Github etc.On-demand and JIT technologies on Cloud platform Azure Functions, AWS Lambda etc.
