A specialist college in the Lincoln area is currently looking for a Teacher of Functional Skills to work on a part time basis once the college has fully reopened.
The college caters for students ages 14 and upwards with a range of needs including Autism, Moderate to Severe learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
The classes comprise of 8 students maximum at any one time, with a minimum of one TA support in each class, and more where 1 : 1s are needed.
You will be required to teach Functional Skills Maths and English across a part time table within the college. For the first few weeks, work will be prepared for you and then from there you will be required to plan, prepare and mark all work, on a long term basis within the college.
