My client are an award-winning national practice who are looking for a T&C Manager to based from either their Leeds or Newcastle office.
The role is supporting the supervision of Team Managers and Directors within the business developing the regulated skills and competence of the teams.
Within this capacity you will also be supporting members who are new into the industry in training roles as well as individuals who are under enhanced supervision.
The core aim of this role is to drive collaboration between the offices delivering the T&C framework as well as having autonomy to design and deliver training at senior level depending on what the requirements are of those teams and individuals.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong understanding of investments and other financial planning products and preferably hold the CISI IAD, PCIAM or equivalent.
You must also be up to date with regulatory changes and be up to date with CPD.
