Learning Content Developer will develop Instructor Led Training, Virtual Training, e-learning courses / materials.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Utilize PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Creative Suite and other authoring tools to design and develop interactive training materials, including training curriculums, agendas, scripts, training guides, job aids, infographics, videos, and more.
Collaborate with SMEs, and other stakeholders to design & develop all course content.
Load training content to appropriate repositories / platforms for record retention & distribution and maintain version control
Work with Technical Teams to develop, manage and implement systems training exercises to be used in systems training.
Apply graphic design to training materials to ensure an optimal user experience and interaction with content
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, Media Sciences or related field.
3 years’ experience in Content Development with a focus on developing eLearning and instructional lead training (ILT).
Strong editing, written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent follow-up, time management, and organization skills.
Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, flexibly prioritize projects, and respond to feedback.
Ability to take direction in overall course design & objectives, and add value through exceptional execution.
Experience with Adobe suite.
Visual / graphic design and storyboard experience.
