o Liaising with high net worth clients
o Responsible for own lead generation by prospecting for new business
o Generating and carrying out market appraisals.
o Listing and marketing luxury homes.
o Generating and carrying out viewings.
o Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion.
o Full support and training from Fine & Country’s luxury Park Lane head office
o Luxury local office space
o Systems to enable you to run your business including CRM
o All the marketing material an agent would need.
o A proven and winning success formula (including systems and strategies).

o Property advert listings on all the major online housing sites.
