This is a telephone based, highlyrewarding sales role, with an excellent package including an uncapped incentivescheme. It requires commitment, creativity, determination and drive with adesire to succeed.

Greatopportunities don’t come without great responsibilities. As an integral part ofthe team we will depend on you to :

Accuratelyqualify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefitsof products and solutions to build a strong pipeline of new accounts.

Targetdirect marketing campaigns and appointments provided by our marketing andtelemarketing agencies.

Consistentlyseek out new sources for opportunities via multiple channels internal andexternal e.g. Self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries or sistercompanies.

Sell ourwhole range of International payment solutions to SME : Foreign Exchangesolutions, International Currency Card, Cash-flow management solution.

Ensure alldata is qualified and records are updated in the client data base tool / system.

Haveresponsibility to build and maintain an active client portfolio.

Work closelywith traders to establish any gaps and maximise opportunities to driveadditional incremental revenues.

Work closelywith compliance to ensure best business practices and regulations are met.

Build andleverage relationships with all relevant stake holders at American Express.

Representthe brand of American Express with all external and internal contacts.

Strictly adhere to company KYC andanti-money laundering policies in setting up clients.

Exceedmonthly / Annual KPIs.

Offer of employment with AmericanExpress is conditioned upon the successful completion of a backgroundverification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

Are you up for the challenge?

Knowledgeable of FX markets & economic influences(preferred).

Ability to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation with a desire to reach and exceed targets.

Experience negotiating and objection handling.

Self-motivated and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus.

Articulate communication skills (verbal and written).

A considerable track record in successful B2B sales (Preferably financial).

A natural forward planner who is highly organized and can manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.

Responsible, credible and comfortable in dealing with people at all levels.

Reliable, resilient and determined with a real Will to win .
