The Project Co-ordinator will support the MW Global Strategy and Social Media practices based out of Manchester. Both practices have a number of important global initiatives launching in 2022.

The Project Co-ordinator will be an important lynch pin, working directly with two senior directors. We will be a small team so the ability to work alone and under your own steam (and able to take your own initiatives) is very important.

  • This role reaches throughout the full MW network, managing timelines, deliverables and workstreams across the team, collecting and distributing impactful information, support in delivering new strategy and social initiatives;
  • including new training programs, management of both our strategy and social media communities, organising events, launching new initiatives and in general becoming the backbone in helping us to deliver in these two key areas.

    Being an excellent collaborator that can also lead and get stuff done is key.

    The role is mainly focused internally and requires the development of relationships within the network and commonly working on c-suite projects but there may occasionally be times you are working with clients.

    What You Will Do :

  • Central Workstreams & Operations
  • Specifying plans for new projects
  • Building and managing timelines for key Workstreams / Projects across the team, ensure work stays on track and within budget
  • Contributing to and rolling out key initiatives
  • Supporting Global Directors in Strategy and Social Media to deliver important projects, events and meetings
  • Supporting individual workstreams
  • Gathering and sharing best practice, case studies and intelligence
  • Proactively researching and gathering information that will contribute to our overall objectives
  • On-boarding new team members (local and within the markets)
  • Contributing to and rolling out key initiatives
  • Helping to secure necessary input and resource from across the network as required
  • What skills you need

  • Excellent Microsoft office and keynote skills - format information for internal and external communication newsletters, presentations, reports
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work under your own initiative to specify and move tasks on
  • Good networking and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good collaborator and team player
  • Ability to lead and make decisions as required
