Duties to include :

  • Processing of over 100 payrolls, which are a mixture of weekly, fortnightly and monthly
  • You will learn all aspects of payroll compliance, from setting up payroll schemes, to running payrolls via several different software platforms including Brightpay and Moneysoft
  • Use of Automatic Enrolment, and basic HR compliance which also forms part of a good basic knowledge in payroll
  • Communicating with clients both over the phone and via email
  • Answering queries regarding payroll
  • Phoning clients to request info
  • Updating databases
  • General administrative duties

    Maths & English language GCSE or equivalents at grade C / 4 or above.
