We are currently working with a Payroll Bureau based in Newbury who are on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator to join their large team and assist in the payroll processing of large client payrolls.

Key responsibilities :

  • Processing a start to finish payroll for clients with employees ranging from 10-100.
  • Providing excellent customer service and being the first point of contact for payroll queries.
  • Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP, balancing payrolls and producing journals for accounts.
  • Data manipulation in Excel

    • Must haves :

  • Can-do attitude and the desire to develop payroll career in a growing organisation.
  • Experience with start to finish payroll inc. tax, NI, SSP, SMP etc
  • Clients payroll and Star experience is a bonus, but by no means essential
