Job Responsibilities :
Creating cutting edge design environment which generates designs based of large R&D dataset.
Working with chemists on various data aggregation; data flow activities to help pull data together to make design decisions.
Selecting and implementing solutions from partners and internal areas to implement cutting edge design environment.
Partnering with the Business Relationship Manager to ensure the quality of business cases, overseeing business process design and ensuring that proposed solutions meet established company quality and compliance standards and customer experience needs.
Determining the process and requirements management methodology practices within their function, ensuring that the methodology, quality, and compliance standards are adhered to.
Contributing to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and design.
Mentoring other Business Analysts to develop their skills and share best practices in relevant communities of practice.
Skills and Requirements :
BA with chemistry background.
Advanced Drug design (ADD) and other projects.
Demonstrable Chemistry skills : Synthetic; Analytical; Computational design
Experience with Data flow
Experience with repeated practice performing business analysis and design in a variety of complex situations.
Experience working strategically at an enterprise level on large scale business change with high levels complexity and risk.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
