Robert Half are now recruiting for an experienced CRM Executive to join one of our valued clients that are a global player within the Food & Drinks sector.

Currently transitioning through an exciting period of change in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre.

This is a 3 - 6 month temp role that will accommodate remote working from home.

£40,000

As the CRM Executive you will report directly into the CRM manager with responsibilities including :

Help to define and expand automated communications across the customer life-cycle

Create, update and maintain triggered campaigns

Audience segmentation and database management

Review CRM lead opportunities and seek to introduce new opportunity testing in campaigns

A / B testing to optimise email campaigns efficiency

Customer segmentation to achieve personalised on-boarding and renewal campaigns

Working across the wider business on the implementation of membership and CRM projects

The ideal CRM Executive :

Working with CRM to deliver marketing comms in a time-sensitive context

Experience in the planning and the creation of automated campaigns, designed to maximise engagement & retention throughout the customer life-cycle

Experience working with stakeholders to build complex and intelligent multichannel CRM campaigns

Good written and spoken communication skills

Relevant experience in a similar role

Knowledge of GDPR practices and other relevant regulation
